Combination of a cool and a warm skin tone foundation gives a very natural finish on the skin. A little bit of cool and warm mixed together neutralizes the skin tone. I personally use a mixture of the same foundation colors for myself everyday and find it very natural and smooth.
- SMALL EYES
I am personally very fond of Smokey eyes for small eyes because I have small eyes myself. Use a deep bronze as a base and then use a matte dark brown shadow on the crease line and add a touch of golden color right in the centre of the eye ball as a highlighter and for that pop for small eyes. This will enhance the eyes more rather than making it look smaller. Avoid any black kohl on the waterline ans it will shrink the eyes further making it look more small. Instead use a white or a skin tone pencil in the water and support with any dark color on the lower lash line to open up the eyes and give the big eye effect. Lots of mascara and you are ready to go.
- STAINED LIPS
Use a lipstick first and then use a lip stain on top so that it stops the lips from cracking and getting dry. For an ombre effect, use a dark pencil which is four to five shades darker than your skin tone on the outline bringing it into the corners of the mouth making it thicker on the edges.
- EYE BROWS
Use a matte or a taupe brown pencil never black or dark brown. Outline from the underside as well as the top of the brows and using a mascara wand, blend the two lines together to make it look more natural.
Specially for cheeks, always tap the blusher on the cheek bone, never stroke it across the cheeks because it leaves nasty ugly lines which are difficult to blend and might make you look like a clown as well !!
